Return to Energy
Description:
Place a dynamic cart on a track tilted to some angle. When used with Kinematic Computer Software or, in the case of the all-in-one carts, built in position/velocity detectors, the flow of energy from kinetic to potential can be plotted. You have to add calculated Columns for Kinetic, Potential, and Total Energy for the given track angle. A conservation of Energy file may be in Past Demo Folders.
