Description:
Conservation of angular momentum. Hold bicycle wheel perpendicular to the rotating platform and spin up the bicycle wheel. Rotate the axis of the bicycle wheel and the platform will rotate in the opposite direction of the bicycle wheel's rotation. IMPORTANT. Platform needs to be level.
