Description:
A piston with rubber O-rings fits inside a glass tube. Cotton fibers are placed inside the glass tube. When the piston is struck sharply the adiabatic compression causes the cotton to ignite. Note: Be sure to clean and dry out the glass tube for best results. A very small amount of oil can be placed onto the O-rings to reduce friction but not too much!!
