Drinking Bird.jpeg

Description:

The bird's head is dampened, evaporation making it cooler than the base. This causes the fluid to creep up the neck to the area of lower pressure. When the center of gravity shifts, the bird tips, then the fluid runs back down into the bottom body and the bird returns to upright position. And so on. Make sure no water trickles to the lower part of the bird.
