Description:
An excellent producer of electrostatic charge-- produces up to 400,000 volts--with many uses. Attach string to the sphere to show field lines. Styrofoam peanuts or a piece of fur will fly off. A small wire device will spin when placed on or near the sphere. It will light a fluorescent bulb when one end is held near by. An insulating stand is available for causing standing hair on a student.
