Description:

A box consisting of two chambers separated by a thermal insulator. One chamber contains a beaker filled with colored water. A bright light shined above heats up the box. Chamber with the thermal mass (water) heats up slower than the other chamber. Likewise, it cools down slower than the other chamber when the heat source is removed.
