Description:
A beaker of water is placed in a bell jar and evacuate it.. When the jar is evacuated the water begins to boil. Use a beaker of ice water and when you get the proper temperature, wou will have triple point, ice , water, and vapor. Can help to put Drier Rite pellets to absorb water vapor.
Location:
- Vacuum pump and Bell Jar on cart across from Shelf A
- Beakers on shelves next to Fume Hood
- Drier Rite Pellets in Cabinet below Fume Hood or purchase at Chem Stores
