Current Analogy--marble and pins

Description:
A board that has nails or push pins as pegs set-up in staggered rows. The board is set at an angle. A marble is released at the high end and the marble travels down the angled board bouncing off the pegs. This is the model of an electron traveling through a resistor, or a non-ideal conductor
